I want to translate subtitles for TV series, but I couldn't find a place to do so. Not cool. I volunteer. It's just like that time that I wanted to volunteer to a nursing home or an orphanage, but I couldn't find a place. I don't know where or who to ask, but I CAN'T volunteer.
